Highlights
We
used watercolour paint and salt to create a background for our snowflakes. Students also wrote a cinquain about either
snowflakes or winter. This was the
format for our cinquains:
1
Noun
2
Adjectives
3
Action words
A
4 word phrase about the topic
A
noun that relates to our topic
Here
is an example:
Snowflakes
Light,
fluffy
Floating,
twirling, landing
Sparkles
in the sun
Winter
There
will be a substitute teacher on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week as
Ms. Bain is at an assessment conference in Red Deer.
Thank
you for attending parent-teacher conferences and for supporting your child with
