Highlights

During Social Studies we started a clay project, which will be showcased during our Celebration of Learning evening on May 24.  We are also working on a group art project for the volunteer tea next week.  During Math we are learning about estimating and measuring objects using different units.  We are almost finished our novel, Tigers at Twilight.

Scholastic Book Orders will be placed tomorrow morning. 

If you would like a Panorama Hills School yearbook, please make sure you return the form by May 15.

On Thursday, May 24 the school is having a Celebration of Learning in the evening from 6-7:30 pm.  Students will have the opportunity to showcase some of the projects they have been working on.

We’ve had a number of volunteers in our classroom this year and we hope you are able to attend our Volunteer Appreciation Celebration on Tuesday, May 15 from 1:30-2:30 pm.  Please RSVP to the school by May 4 so we are able to plan appropriately.

Does it matter what order you add the numbers when solving 3+1+7+4? (No.  For example I can add 3+7=10 and 1+4=5 and then put 10+5 together to make 15.)
