Highlights
We received some very exciting news during the Read-A-Thon
assembly today. Our class is the winners
of a pizza party for having the highest
participation rate of students who returned their reading forms! We read over 17 000 minutes altogether, which
was the 2nd highest amount in the school! (Please stay tuned for more information
regarding the date of the pizza party.
Thank you to parent council for organizing this!) Our school raised over $6000.00, which will
be put towards items in our new learning commons.

Homework
-Ms. Bain will be checking reading logs each day to see
who is reading at home….
-Continue to review spelling words (if you need a new
spelling list, just let me know).
Students will be quizzed on their words at the end of January.
