Highlights
Thank you to our volunteers who came with us
to the Bird Sanctuary yesterday. I also
appreciate that all of our students were dressed and prepared for the
weather! We had a great day, despite the
rain! We learned about birds, insects,
aracnids and crustaceans. We were able
to closely examine a variety of small creatures that live in water. The leech was very popular with many of the
students! During our hike, we were lucky
to see a deer up close. We also saw goslings,
hawks, birds and evidence of beavers.
We hope to see you at our Multi-Cultural Night
this evening! We invite you to wear any
cultural clothing or red and white for Canada.

A
note was sent home regarding tickets for the Trickster performance. We will be doing a draw for extra tickets if
there are any left over. If your name is
drawn for extra tickets you will be asked to provide the money then. Do not send money for the extra tickets now,
as we are unsure as to how many tickets will be available.
